Champions League round of 16 qualified teams after match day five fixtures

The 2019/20 Champions League playoff draws was conducted on Monday, ahead of the third qualifying round matches this week.

After the match day five fixtures on Wednesday, eight teams have qualified for the Champions League round of 16.

Manchester City, Juventus, PSG, Bayern Múnich, Barcelona, RB Leipzig, Real Madrid and Tottenham have all booked their spots in the next round of the European Competition.

PSG are through despite a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid, while Bayern thrashed Red Star Belgrade 6-0.

City drew 1-1 with Shakhtar Donetsk to book their spot, Juventus beat Atletico Madrid 1-0, Barcelona saw off Dortmund 3-1 and Tottenham won 4-2 against Olympiacos.

However, draw for the last 16 of the Champions League, is scheduled to take place on 16 December at 12noon in Nyon, Switzerland.
